Steward Medical Group practices in Utah have transitioned to a new health care group. If you are a former Steward Medical Group patient seen in Utah and have an outstanding balance with Steward Medical group or need updated information about the patient portal, please see below. 

Outstanding Balance: If you were a patient of Steward Medical Group Utah and have an outstanding balance, please contact Steward Medical Group’s Patient Financial Services at 833-764-1600. Hours for billing assistance are Monday – Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (EST). Although your patient portal is changing, you may continue to pay any Steward Medical Group bill via the StewardCONNECT patient portal at:

Important Patient Portal Update: Your patient portal with your Holy Cross Medical Group practice is changing. Effective March 7, 2024, you will no longer be able to schedule appointments, send messages or prescription refill requests to your provider through the StewardCONNECT portal.

Additionally, no new information will populate into your StewardCONNECT portal as of March 4, 2024. We encourage you to print your health information from the StewardCONNECT portal so you have it for your records.
