Steward Medical Group is introducing a new Steward Medical Group Patient Financial Services team dedicated to assisting our patients in New England with billing inquiries. The new resource will provide our patients a one stop solution for their billing questions, and enhance patient satisfaction.

Beginning November 1, Steward Medical Group Financial Services will be available for our patients in the New England region. We anticipate expanding this service to our patients in other regions in early 2019.

The call center is available from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday – Friday. Patients may also access this line for patient portal questions and password resets. The Financial Services team can also accept credit card payments. Patients who leave a voicemail message may expect their call to be returned within 24 to 48 hours, weekdays.
