Beginning November 1, Steward Medical Group Financial Services will be available for our patients in the New England region. We anticipate expanding this service to our patients in other regions in early 2019.
The call center is available from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday – Friday. Patients may also access this line for patient portal questions and password resets. The Financial Services team can also accept credit card payments. Patients who leave a voicemail message may expect their call to be returned within 24 to 48 hours, weekdays.
